City Chess Club in the lead PDF

New comers City Chess Club snatched the National Chess League lead from Mulago Knights after beating Bank of Uganda 5-0 and Barclays Bank 4.5-0.5 in the third and fourth rounds played on Sunday 31st July 2011 at Hotel Africana.
City now has 17.5 points, one ahead of favourites Mulago Kings who stand in second position. Mulago kings were pegged back after drawing 2.5 - 2.5 with Mulago Rooks in the third round. In that game, Kings' Olympian Patrick Kawuma was beaten by Rooks' youngster David Muwanguzi as experienced Grace Nsubuga was upset by little known Brian Mugabi.
